Refund Policy

We want every client to walk away happy. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for engagements with Mireya Media.

1. Milestone billing

All projects are billed in two milestones: 50% advance before work begins and 50% before final handover. This aligns risk and keeps expectations honest on both sides.

2. Pre-work full refund window

If you cancel within 48 hours of paying the advance and before any design or development work has commenced, we refund the advance in full.

3. After work has begun

Once design or development work has started, the advance is non-refundable — it compensates our team for time already committed. You will receive all completed work-in-progress files.

4. Cancellation after final delivery

The second 50% installment covers final delivery, handover, and IP transfer. Once we've handed over the completed website, source code, and credentials, this installment is non-refundable.

5. Delivery-time guarantee

We target a 7-business-day delivery window where applicable. If we miss the agreed delivery date by more than 7 business days due to reasons solely within our control, you may request a 15% goodwill credit against the balance invoice.

6. Ownership on completion

On final payment, you receive full ownership including source code, domain, and hosting credentials. We do not hold your assets hostage under any circumstance.

7. Monthly subscription plans

Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance for the coming month and are non-refundable for the current cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. How to request a refund

Email hello@mireyamedia.online with your project reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
