Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the design, development and delivery services provided by Mireya Media("we", "us", "our") to you ("Client"). By engaging us for a project you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of work

Every engagement is confirmed in writing (email or signed proposal) describing the deliverables, pages, features, timeline, and price. Anything outside that written scope is a change request and may be quoted separately.

2. Payment terms

Projects are billed in two installments: 50% advance before work begins and 50% before final handover. Monthly subscription plans are billed on the same calendar day each month starting from launch.

Late payment on the balance may delay the launch. Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days after handover accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

3. Delivery timeline

Our target delivery window is 7 business days from receipt of content and advance payment for Starter and Full Scale engagements, where applicable. Bespoke projects follow the timeline in the signed proposal. Delays caused by outstanding Client content, feedback or approvals extend the timeline day-for-day.

4. Ownership and IP transfer

On receipt of final payment, the Client receives full ownership of the delivered website, including source code, design files, domain, and hosting credentials. Mireya Media retains no residual rights in the finished work, except the right to reference the project publicly in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain governed by their respective licenses.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds during design and development. Additional rounds after the included allowance are billed hourly at our then-current rate.

6. Client responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate content, brand assets, and timely feedback. The Client warrants that any content supplied to us is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Hosting, maintenance and monthly plans

On one-time engagements the Client assumes full responsibility for the site after handover. On monthly subscription plans we provide hosting, domain renewal, minor content updates, and reasonable add-ons as described on the Pricing page.

8. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the Client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. In the event of termination by the Client, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
